Building Technology and Utilities
Have you ever entered a room that has a lot of people inside plus it's too hot to handle that's why people are all in their sweats and at the same time when you enter the room the smell doesn't feel good at all? That thing is really bad and there should be something done to get rid of those stinky and hot feeling because we all don't want to experience it.

In architecture, we have this thing called heating, ventilation and air conditioning system or simply HVAC system. We use this to maintain also the thermal comfort that is existing inside a certain room. Ventilations are really a must. Either natural or artificial, a building should have enough ventilation so that air could circulate the room and by that there will be no stagnant air. Ventilation also removes the odor, dust and heat inside a building that's why it is very important when you are designing. This is one of the major considerations to provide a better indoor air quality.
Heating is used when you want to generate warmth throughout the building. It can be a heater or sometimes a furnace. In large buildings, they provide a mechanical room and for houses, a furnace room can also be provided as well. Air conditioning system provides cooling in a building. There are a lot of air conditions to choose from depending on their uses. It also controls the humidity of a building. Windows should not be open when using air conditions because the cooling effect or its system will not work at all which is intended for maintaining indoor air conditions.

We could also use green technology to have a sustainable design. We should not harm our environment. Using non toxic and environmentally friendly materials will have a good effect not just in our building itself but also to our surroundings.
